So you said that the module would definitely go out today, the 17th. Did it end up going out?

Yes sir, it was ready to go out lastnight and it went out today, the tracking number if it doesn't show it already should update very soon. It was shipped in a bubble letter evelope, I sent you a laser pen 5mw but the case can be using with the 200mw module, I don't think you will use it for that one but you should be able to find some use for it.
Anyways I apologies for the wait and I hope you can take the free green pen as my apreciation for your patience and understanding.
Thanks again

thanks for understanding. if you think about it, its not really your fault. we all learn as we go. as for the lens and crystal issue, it runs! no problem. they are kept cooled and never get hot, and will run for hours

The module arrived today.

This was a "hotter one" that I paid extra for, yet going straight to the meter it puts out 145mW max.

Not quite the 180-190mW that I was told.

Why do you even advertise these as 200mW modules if you clearly cannot meet that promise with your customers?

Would you like to politly talk to me about it first and possibly swap it out if I can test anotherone that you are happy with the? I don't mean to be rude but I don't take kindly to people presenting a problem publicly first wrather than pm me and try to work out a problem you may have, the module I picked you out hit over 160mw resting output, it was the best I could find.

Look, I understand there are polite ways of doing things. However, I feel the important thing about forums is that people share experiences. Wrong things that are made public tend to influence the seller in ways for the better of the community. Especially if the problem is corrected publicly as well.

Sorry to put you in the spotlight, but we all help each other here, and I see no reason why my experience shouldn't be shared amongst. Remember, you were a new seller which joined, and are essentially proving yourself.

It's not that big of a deal; you didn't rip me off, and I'm sure others realize that. I merely question the fact of a 200mW advertisement, when they are in fact closer to 150mW modules.

I have no problem with with people knowing selling experiences with me, I would wrather have them know the end result and what happened and not all the personal details of going through it as some details like peronal information and deals I like to keep privevat., people who treat me more polite tend to get better results from me. I'm about done with this busness and honestly would wrather go out with a bang. Like I said I can swap it out for you if needed. I already sent you a free $15 laserpen for the long wait as I had no control overit. If we could have talked personaly first I may have given something else away for free. I'm not out here to scam people or make a killing, if I was making a bunch of money I would continue doing this. I'm an honest one man seller and with respect from a buyer I am very polite and I'm not afraid to loose money to make one customers experience better. While I was in the hospital I lost $200 fro. Giving free gifts instead of making $100.

Nexbox,

I'm still waiting for your reply. I sent the pictures you asked me to of the module which rapidly degraded to ~40mW. Any form of communication would be good.

I'm not sure why you posted that information on my thread, I sell high power green laser modules not 5mw red modules?
