Also I like to point out I was NEVER told before I bought it, the output of the Laser is the SUM of ALL wavelengths it putting out.  So IF and it's not, putting out 200mw's; using a IR filter to correctly measure 532nm it would only put out about 100mw's of 532nm Green......you know the Color and Power I paid for.

I asked for a 200mw 532nm Green Laser of a certain style & the Color of Black, and she came back and told me yes she can supply that in 3 days, I asked for a picture before paying for it, she provided it the next day along with a paypal invoice that was $15.00 dollars Higher + shipping, than the model posted in this thread and in her online catalog..I asked for an explanation but never received one, I decided to just order and pay for it, chalking it up to maybe the color choice; the models/style shown were in silver or green and wanted black.

1.i never said the cheap product you bought is with IR filter and not promise to you . I just said our power is 200mw . 200mw green laser torch with IR filter will be much expensive which is not be got at the price you gave .
2.I never suggest you bought a new one . i just suggest you test with others power meters
3.we test it at 200mw before sent out .if I cheat throught at this LPF ,I think i can not have some customers until now .
4.i sent e-mails to you that I accept you to return it and retest it and send you a replacment or refund to you .but you don't reply me ,just stay LPF to decry me . that is not way I like .
I think the best sellers still have complaints , I am now facing up ths problem and want to cooperate and meet with your asks .but you seems don not want solve this problem ,and give me bad comment one time again and again .now I am doubting your motive . so I WON'T reply you any more .

He's not returning it because it's conditional on the laser being tested by them. He's being called a liar and being said that his laser power meter and ability to test the laser is in question. You just don't call customers liars. I know if I were him I'd be pissed beyond belief.

If you bought an radio.... and when you get home unpackage it and start listening to radio stations... but suddenly the radio starts giving you static every 5 seconds on every channel even on the one that is closest to you.... when you return the product... do they ask for a video or proof?

Not to sound like an a$$hole, but from what i see, you pretty much knew you were buying an "ebay" green laser, for that cost with the power offered it seemed to be its obviously of the same variety. Obviously if there was a way for 200mw greens to be made that cheap, wouldnt they be selling all over?

The seller asked you to retest it, which I really don't see as a terrible thing, they claim to have tested it on their end, and you sort of have to take their word for that if you want them to believe you tested it on yours and found different results. They simply wanted you to test it on another machine to assure your meter wasnt giving a bad reading ( and before i hear blah blah blah 4000 dollar meter blah ) , there is no way for the seller to know if you were using a 4000 dollar meter or a 4 dollar meter, they are wanting to make sure it really is bad before they go through the costs of having it shipped back, testing it, and re-sending it out, which i can understand.

so maybe im just wrong, but it seems that you took a risk (buying a laser that for the power offered should have costed tons more ) and lost. should the person refund you? yes, of course, but should you be attacking them for asking for more information before shelling out money, personally I think not.

Buying directly from China the price seemed about right to me, not overly cheap DX sells a 200mw Red for $45.00 and they are rock solid. So what is wrong with the logic that $255.00 direct from China can't get you a 200mw green that is just as reliable as the Red??
