I will do my costum front glowing aperture for $5.00 a heat sink + shipping.
Just send me the heat sink that you want to glow and I will get it back to you asap, any size... just pm me if your interested.

Could you do an entire aluminum host that is bare polished aluminum? The Kryton Groove for instance. How fragile is the coating?

Negative, The glow tape is only about 1 1/2 inches wide and it would not look right with all the seams. The phosphorus coating is very fragile, it chips off and gets dirty very quickly if I don't do the second method, once thats complete its a lot stronger and your able to wipe it clean with a damp rag.

So it is electroluminescent tape. That stupid Tron guy used that for his silly tron costume.

Dude the price is super cheap. No wonder everyone wants it.

Keep me in mind. I can't buy anything now but I probably will in a week. I'll let you know.

One question though. Does it glow after the laser is turned off? I wasn't sure about EL tape
