Hey guys,

I used to be quite active on this forum. I was really into lasers and such and then I lost interest. Anyway i'm putting up my entire collection for sale. I do live in Australia so these have all been custom built by me. Due to our laws here I will not be shipping these outside of this country unfortunately.

Okay, so all of these lasers have been LPM'd. I'm looking to sell these pretty quickly so any questions or concerns feel free to message me. I can accept payment via bank deposit, or PayPal. Whatever works best for the buyer.

Each of these lasers come with batteries by the way. Please do let me know if my prices are too expensive, I'm not familiar with the value of these items nowadays. All of the prices are negotiable, and I'm happy to organise a deal if you're buying numerous items. Happy buying. :)

Laser 1
I bought this module from someone here on the forums, it was sold to me as a '50mW' green module, however it LPM'd every time around 60 - 72mW. This is the first laser I ever built, it has a big heat sink and it's really bright.
Wavelength: 532nm (Green)
Max output: 72mW
Asking Price: $30

(Battery pictured is a 1 x 18650)
Laser 2
I brought this diode pressed into a module soldered to a driver from Blord, and brought the host and heat sink from Jayrob. This again is a nice strength for a red laser. Very visible, and it's a good burner. It's being pushed at 470mAh from memory. I could be wrong though.
Wavelength: 650nm (Red)
Max output: 321mW
Asking Price: $100

Laser 4
This laser isn't the best looking thing in the world. However it's beam and brightness more then compensate for it. :) This laser is turned on by turning the 'safety' keys to the 'on' position and you have your laser! This is a good burner for a green. It's fine how it is, however I did have plans to use the module out of this in a much better host to give it's really good performance a good look. It deserves it I think.
Wavelength: 532nm (Green)
Max output: This one I'm not 100% sure about. It's somewhere between 120, and 170mW. 156mW I think.
Asking Price: $65

Sad to see you go but such is the way of lifes great mystery.

Hopefully you'll get the itch again in the future to come back and start building again :)

What have your lasers been LPM'd by? I only say this in case the lpm is in fact yours and if you'd be willing to sell it?

You say good prices, yet you are selling a chinese 301 (about 14$ on ebay) for 65$? Maybe I am missing something, but that's a rather large ripoff for what it is. Also, those eagle pair glasses sell for 40$ on survival lasers, so once again...

I have been out of the laser scene a while...
Since when can you buy 100mW+ laser modules for $14?
The Eagle Pair are now $15. I wasn't aware they've dropped so much in price.

Thanks for the kind words. :)
They've been LPM'd by Blord's Laserbee, and an ophir. I do have an LPM somewhere, when I find it I shall post it. I'll only be charging around $50 or so. If anyones interested feel free to drop me a PM and i'll dig it out.

the laser
the "100mW" module

All 532 12mm modules are identical, short a slightly different driver or outer casing. Same diodes, same crystals. Doesn't matter if they are advertised as 10mW, 100mW, or 500mW, they are all darn near 100% the same.

Crazyspaz is 100% correct in my not so humble opinion on these and can't be found anywhere cheaper to my knowledge.
Again, I don't understand why there's so much misinformation on 532nm modules and pens from at least a 1/2 year ago on these. Seeing this again and again. I believe a lot of it is from members that have been away for a significant amount of time and newer members that have been filled with incorrect information by other newer members.
Maybe I or someone else is going to have to start a new thread on potentialyl dangerous inexpensive units/bang for buck that have been proven out by reputable members. There's too much at stake safety wise for people to keep believing cost is such a huge factor in output. A $5-6 pen/module can give you, someone else or an animal a nasty eye surprise:eek:
