ive had my eye on a 3.7W USB Laserbee.
i just want to get something that is simple, isnt a DIY kit, works well, good enclosure for protection, allows me to use out of the box and will be the only LPM ill buy for a long time. i havent followed the LB vs ARG debate going on as of lately.

Well I don't want to get off topic of this tread but I will say you can't go wrong with the ophir sensor, its high quality and the arglpm can be DIY but I bought mine pre assembled and my whole setup was less then laserbee 3.7, with a better sensor, higher reading support, and supported my users that know cosing and will always be working to make the unit better and better. Or you can get a laser bee that has a slower reading time cost way to much and is never going to change. It won't be long and the arglpm will be a house hold name.

So I sent mike this....

And today in the mail I got this....

It fits perfectly and the quality of this is amazing!
I was thinking about using a thermal compound like arctic silver do you guys think its a good or bad idea?

And anyone who has an Ophir head needs to contact mike and get one of these, you wont regret it.

The new model with a complete wraparound is more what I'm interested in. Can the side slots go all the way to the bottom?
May need to wait until next month though as I've overspent and had to help my son out with a big chunk of $.

The bottom part is a separate piece, but if you would like, we can fin the sides of that piece to match as well.
