I have for sale 2 FS: TEC (thermoelectric coolers) with FAN/Heatsink & RTD. RTD is 1K Ohm, fan is 12VDC. Very nice for cooling Lab style lasers. Asking $75 each. I also have a BRAND NEW, wavelength Electronics WTC3243 PID thermoelectric cooler controller hybrid module, asking $100 shipped CONUS. I have many more small and larger TEC units FS, e-mail or PM for list.

What's the smallest TEC unit you have? They can be useful for DIY LPM's, I've just never come across a source of small TEC's that are easy to get hold of without buying in bulk.

thanks, let me know, as 75$ for a 1.57~" x 1.57" seems a bit steep in the tec world.

i am trying to effectively draw heat from a 8" x 4" base.

OK, you may be right, make me an offer based on how many you need, I'll drop the price considerably. I have tons of 12V dc fans, both regular square and squirrel cage as well. I'm just trying to generate $$ flow for wife's Cancer surgery tomorrow.

I also have some small to large 12" sq. heaters (120VAC) and the like.. Interested in trades all or in part for laser stuff. I am looking for a 75-100mW green either module or pointer(rather have module to save time ripping it apart)

Well, I don't want to mess up your sales, but I also don't want members to get scr*wed. I understand you're selling good quality equipment, and I too tried to find cheap small TECs and couldn't, but 40mm x 40mm costs like $4.70 new: TEC1-12706 TEC Thermoelectric Cooler 91.2W Peltier - eBay (item 160458405816 end time Aug-19-10 01:30:30 PDT)

And you can add w/ thermal compound an aluminum fan/heatsink for less than $2: http://www.budgetgadgets.com/pink-a....html?osCsid=257c329aa754ae07f405f6c9bb5b29c1

No, that's ok, I buy from USA mfg's only, and it has been a while since I purchased them (not sure what I even paid) ...Reasonable offers accepted. I was not trying to gouge anyone.

The large TEC's are made in such large qty for cooler manufacturers, I can see them being cheaper. The single and multi-stage small ones get very pricey
