for sale SF-AW210 sled the sled is damaged but the diode is good i made 2 lasers from them and works very well at 190ma pm me if interested

Haven't you been paying attention?
They are PHRs in disguise.
They shouldn't even be run at 150mA...

i had one in a lab heatsink at 220ma which is a bit high, but overall, it lasted about 15 minutes
