That's just your browser being stupid, it happens with many websites, typically when http and https are mixed up.

It works on my tablet but somehow not on my phone. Thanks bud!

Hello, noobie user here. I bought a shadowhawk 532nm 5mw green laser a while back, not very impressed with it. but anyway after much research i think i want to buy a Sanwu laser, seem very respected and high quality. The main question i have for Sanwu/Podo is: Which of your lasers work with protected batteries, and which are for unprotected batteries? also I saw a review on youtube for a Sanwu silver and the person who made the video said he had to add a battery spring to the laser... So please any info on how to use which batteries in Sanwu laser would be appreciated. I want to make sure if i make a purchase I get everything right :) Thanks

Hi guys, I just received my Silver 520nm build an hour ago, everything seems fine however I think a piece was forgotten in my shipment?

https://www.sanwulasers.org/product/silver

If you look at the main picture of the silver, you'll see the separate machined piece that looks as if it threads on the end of the laser. Didn't get one of those. Was I supposed to? Is that how you focus the beam?

Thank you.

No, you can turn the front head to focus the beam. Our laser parts are joined seamlessly and a lot of buyers don't know the front of the laser is actually turnable when they first got it.:)

We give away a random attack head to anyone who purchased challenger II.

If you want one, we can send you a attack head if you pay for the shipping.

Gotcha, then I'm definitely down to pay the shipping cost.

For someone who owns the 3x beam expander - what's the OD of the first and second levels of it (after the input)? I know the maximum OD, but I need to know the OD of the other parts as well. My host may cut it extremely close.

Measured with digital calipers:

Top segment: 29.16mm
Middle segment: 27.45mm
Bottom segment: 24.75mm

That's dangerously close. How tall is each section (and the whole thing)?
Here's the part it needs to fit into: https://www.shopsaberparts.com/collections/emitters/products/reborn-emitter
The bottom is 25.4mm, which means at least the bottom segment fits.
(Of course, it'll be screwed into a lens a few mm up from the module, which gives me a little bit of room.)
If it fits, it'll be a really nice fit. If it doesn't... BAH!!
I guess I will have to ask SaberForge about the exact angle of the claws. (With all the technical questions I've been asking them recently, they must think I'm making a bomb or something.)

My 3xBE should be here soon and I'll take some measurements of it too. Perhaps if it doesn't fit you could grind a little away to make it fit or manufacture an adapter

Edit: you could also grind/sand away the claws on your saber as well

I don't have the equipment to do that, and I would hate to mutilate my saber. :p
But a longer adapter would almost certainly do the trick.

You could get a decent bench grinder for half the price of that piece  But I wouldn't use a grinder anyway, it's a good idea but it would leave the surface too uneven. Some coarse sandpaper ought to do it, leaving an even finish if done properly.

Still, I'd rather not modify the host or the expander itself; you can take off things that you add but once you remove something it's gone.

If worse comes to worst I suppose I'll ask somebody to make a longer adapter for the beam expander.
