Got my Spiker Saber today. That's 12 days from tracking number to delivery in Texas and 21 days from ordering to delivery. I had also ordered the Mini laser saber attachment which required a second package and that did not make it today. Maybe Monday. Laser, tripod, BE and other little stuff were nicely wrapped in bubble wrap inside of a bubble envelope mailer.

One surprise. Turns out the Beam Expander does NOT screw directly onto the Spiker series lasers because of the focus ring design. The adapter is required for that. Luckily, I had added that to the order at the last minute hoping it might help the BE fit on other companies lasers. Podo, you might want to mention that in the description on both the BE page and the Spiker pages. If I missed that mention sorry and never mind.

We would add an adapter for every spiker order purchased with the beam expander. You don't have to buy it though.

Hey all. I have finally got my first ever laserpointer . After the big dissapointment with SFlasers, i decided starting small and ordered the green laserpointer + charger + glasses +laser sabre attachment + lenses from sanwu. All has arrived in good shape, took 6 days op processing + 23 days shipping to Europe with the normal shipping option.

Frankly, it's a great 80mw laser for what is basically 15 bucks.
2 minor things though:
1) The charger has an US plug and wount fit into EU sockets.
2) While it's technically correct that the laser sabre attatchment fits on the green laserpointer the pointers front bit will break of, the moment you screw it on, bein attatched only with a thin plastic part. The actual laser remains fully functional, only the adapter breaks off. Well, it's a 15 bucks laser, whaz do you want?^^ Bit sad that i won't be able to try the pattern caps now though

All in all I'd say 4.5/5: great shipping shipping, excellent quality for the price, some details were not 100% thought through but nothing major. Looking forward to ordering another laser soon

Either way if your happy with your purchase that's all that really matters. That's unfortunate about the sabre since I have one shipping to me and I was afraid of that. Sanwu so far has proved to have great customer service and great quality of products.

Do you have your eye on any other of sanwus lasers? I have an engraved Challenger 2 with 700mw 405nm and I love it. Excellent machine work

Well, if you ordered the pattern caps too, try those first, it should be strong enough for those.

For the next laser,i havn't decided yet. A high output 445nm would be great, but I realy don't trust my 3 dollar googles with those^^.

You won't see the beam light with those goggles, even with a 3W 445nm. Just don't point it directly to the goggles and you should be safe.

Yes but only 1m(~3ft) depth, going any deeper is not suggested.

You need to make sure the dust-proof lens is tightened and the o-rings is in its place before doing so.
