Heya.
SOLD - Pending full payment.
Laserworld Laser CS-400RGB ILDA 400 mW RGB
-- 473nm DPSS, 532nm DPSS, 650nm direct diode.
Retail price: £1,369.00 (at djkit.com). However this is not fair. Think LaserWorld themselves sold this unit for about 800-900 EUR while in production / mainline.
Official specs:
* Output power: 350mW; typical: 400mW RGB
* Lasers: TEC cooled laser diodes, >60mW 532 nm green, >40mW 473nm blue, >150mW 650nm red
* Beam properties : 3mm/1mrad (It seems like the DPSS beams are similar, but the diode one is obviously different. May be better colamination with a DPSS red?).
* Scanner system: fast galvo system for well projection quality
* Deflection angle: max. 40° optical
* Scanspeed: max. 20.000pps
* Control mode: ILDA, DMX 512, Live Play @ Music (sound controlled programmes)
* DMX 512: 12 channels
* Basic patterns: 128 (layers, tunnels, fences, animations, graphics, fonts...)
* Effects: more than 50.000 different laser effects
* Laser Safety: compliance to IEC 60825-1
* accessories: power cable, mountings, manual
* power supply: 110~240V AC
* power consumtion: 120W
* meassurements: 300 x 500 x 150 mm (L x W x H)
* weight: 7 kg
Measured specs:
Notes for the measurement; Some wind from chassi fans & TECs were notably blowing on the thermal sensor, which may result in lower readings than in a perfect still condition.
* 45mW 473nm (Has mounted IR filter!)
* 29mW 532nm (IR filter status unchecked, most likely present)
* 50mW 650nm (However, due to alignment part of the dot does not hit the scanner)
These may have adjustable POTs somewhere..? Probably do. But other than that quite well balanced, however more red is probably required!
Pictures (from my unit):
Taken directly by camera, no post-editing, or even cropping.

Reason for selling this unit & other downsides:
No fluffing, I want the potential buyer to be aware.
* Too slow scanner. I was expecting smoother graphics. Perhaps you can replace this one with a faster. It has a quite neat & organized inside.
* Unaligned beams. I have partly fixed this, but the divergence for the red is off the rest making color mixing kinda bad. :-( Probably readjustable.
* Don't own an ILDA controller. Was planning on getting one, but the scanner performance of this one put me off. Then again only tested this with built in patterns.
Other things to be aware of:
* Easy to dismount
* Has apparent smudges at especially green, probably cleanable. Could be a fingerprint somewhere?
* Including roof mount kit, and as many parts for mounting it as possible. Should be a simple DIY to complete if something should be missing.
* Including DMX cable & instruction booklet.
For the handy one the divergence and alignment can probably be fixed. Perhaps even the scanner replaced. Or chassis used to build yer own stuff with
I missed by due date to return it to the seller. So I am stuck with it.
Give me an offer if interested either here or in PM.
