Are the prisms coated and for what WL if they are ?

I know assuming things can bite you in the butt, but if these were used in periscopes I would think they have a broad band AR coating on them if they have a coating at all, I have one of these prisms here and I can not see a coating on it. the back is mirrored.

They have a mirror coating on the long side that will come off fairly easy. I have no documents other than government part numbers. Nothing regarding coatings or wavelengths whatsover.

Hahaha shhhhh secret for now. Wait till I do my write up. I think FP said mine was only a couple of mW difference to yours =P

I wanna check if these are clear/see through marbles or solid ones. I bought some solid ones already and I don't think they are as good as the clear ones

Well, then you're in for one hell of a treat! I just built another beast with one of those diodes and am getting 2,278mW in a dual flexdrive setup running at 1.8A with a G2 lense. :D

And to answer the question about marble color, in COCONUTS own words:

Just let me know which of the 1" kind you want...clear green 5% or 3 of the antique ones. The 5/8 are all green clear 5%.

Your right!

The Green Clear fluoresces by far the best. The Milky Glass ones are the least but beautiful pearl like.
