25x75mm (diameterxlength), radial fins. Aluminium. Fitted with full length AixiZ module and case.  6mm countersunk wire through-hole.  $25 shipped anywhere 4-10 working days.  I can make these different lengths, diameters, fin spacing/dept/pitch etc and also in square cross section though no fins generally as it would be a bit strange looking  ;)

The module is a sliding fit - you slide it out and do what you need then put it back with a little heat transfer compound if you wish and lock it down with the set screw.

do you think you could make one that can hold a 9v battery in the back inside of the cylinder. It would probably have to be bigger but it would make a blu-ray with a rckstr more portable.

can you snap a shot of the heat sink with no module in it?

and have you thought of a way to fit a switch in it?

Yes I could. No problem. ;) Would use a a higher diameter though.

Iohutom you just need to buy that, then put the module i send you into it, slides right in, and it has the hole at the rear for the wires to come out, so you can connect it to a battery source.

Makes you diode cooler and last longer,

Well, you could put a clickly most any place - perhaps in the rear. Otherwise perhaps a momentary near the front somewhere. Providing just the sink is one thing but if you want additional items such as fitted switches etc then thats a bit more elaborate. ;)

ya, Im thinking about that, but I cant get it all the way through, I will need a switch, a battery case. and a way to hold'em together w/o swinging around yet good looking.

why dont youjust buy that heatsink and put my module into it and find a host that has a battery holder and a switch already, so all you have to do is put the module heatsink init.

9V batteries are never paricularly easy to mount elegantly in a cylindrical housing - but let me know if you want something custom to take care of it.

not trying to undercut you, but those are circumferential fins. Radial would be this.
