Hello,

I originally bought this laser for the diode and driver, but I decided I would rather start from scratch. So, I decided to de-anodize and polish/upgrade it. It turned out rather nicely, and I was battling with myself whether or not to keep it. That was a couple weeks ago. I killed another 405 diode, so I am going to sell it to buy another and finish a couple other builds.

SOLD $215 shipped in US. PLEASE send as PP gift unless reputable.

Please PM me AND post here (for a faster response).

If you have something (like NDB7A75 or 7675 diodes) to trade, I am open to that.

Specs:
- Ndb7675 diode doing 1.9979 Watts
- Comes with G9 lens with a polished mrcrouse focus adapter (has internal spring for smooth focusing)
- 2.2 Amp x-drive for great color in addition to power and runtimes
- Runs on 2x 16340 or 18350 batteries (has label in the inside) *Not included
- Copper heatsink, durable 501b host
- 2 minute on/off duty cycle (being conservative)
- Beautiful polishing if I may say so myself (a few imperfections that I could not get out, but hardly noticeable)
- Bright blue color is noticeably brighter than my 2.3 Watt m462 laser.

And now, for the pics!

*I cooled the laser to about 10℃ and got almost a 2 Watt peak! Laser was barely warm to the touch after the two minutes.

Still trying to get some decent beam comparison shots to 445, but my camera doesn't pick up a huge difference.

Anyway, thanks for looking!

Continental United States :)

Otherwise, shipping gets expensive (so that much is included in the price)

Thank you! I put a lot of work into it, I'll be sad to see it go. Its really a great laser, beautiful and practical. The brightest laser I have owned.

$$$

I have about 4 lasers I have half done, and this would help me to finish 3.

The pic is huge and doesn't even fit on my 25" screen without scrolling. Suggest you shrink it as some members won't even bother looking. I think the limit is 800x600 for tthis forum.
It sure looks like you did a great job with it. Good luck on the sale:)

Re: FS: Polished 1.8W 469nm Laser!

Is it all the pics? They load fine for me on my phone, so I cannot tell. Also I use imgur, does anyone know how to reduce the size?

Thanks for letting me know :)

Looks like it's just the last photo, at least as I see it on my tablet. Sorry can't help with re-sizing, I use photobucket.

That's a gorgeous laser Jstrawn, good luck with your sale!

Re: FS: Polished 1.8W 469nm Laser!

Photos are huge and your laser is too close to the sensor. Its picking up heat from the laser and throwing your rading off......laser should be at least 4" away from the sensor to allow for air circulation. I used to measure mine at 6" all the time and theyd be almost spot on to others who metered my laser

Re: FS: Polished 1.8W 469nm Laser!

For the lpm, The laser is only turned on for about 20 seconds, which does not generate enough heat to alter the reading. Even if it did, the aluminum focus ring would block 90% of the heat radiating. You are nitpicking over max 5mw. Idk if u are familiar with how thermal lpms work, but air circulating across the sensor would affect the reading much more. If you are interested in buying it I will take another.

Alsp It was metered at slightly higher than my reading by nprlaser. (Edit: his peaked at 1.877 W)

I am working on the photos. I appreciate your patience...

Edit: I resized them. Should be right size now.

:bumpit:

So, I bought some brand new 18350 batteries, stuck them in to make a graph, and got a peak of more than 100mw over my previous reading ( almost 2W, which is quite good for an NDB7675)!

I added two graphs and a new pic to show.

Hopefully this makes the laser all the more enticing.
