Hi all, I have a couple lasers that I'm willing to let go:

**Available**1st up, Laser Physics Reliant - This is a multiline aircooled argon laser that runs on 110VAC. I did meter this laser last year at SELEM and it was putting out around 105mW and 7 lines at full current. This is the model 250M and has much better beam specs than the 250D. I just don't use this enough to justify it being on the shelf. I'd really like to get $350 shipped for it, but I'll entertain offers. It's a nice little compact unit, current control is via a knob on the back of the laser. The red button starts the count down timer to start the laser, when it's pressed again the laser will turn off but the fan will stay on until it has cooled down, then the fan will turn itself off.

**Sold**3rd, I'm really on the fence about letting this one go. It's a 593.5nm pointer I aquired from Dave last year. Great little laser, but I just don't us it at all. Only does around 1 or 2 mW and is very unstable until it warms up. I'd let this go for $150 shipped.

Thanks!
David

The alc 909 may already be sold. Got a pm from a guy in Orlando last night asking for a video. If I can get some free time tonight I'll get a video posted. I originally bought this from DJMatt right before I picked up a Lexel 85. Now that I have the 85 the 909 just takes up space. Anyway, DJMatt posted a video of the 909 back in 2012: ALC 909 argon laser - YouTube

Regarding the other items, no interest? I'm open to offers.

Thanks!

i saw that reliant argon at SELEM. it's a beautiful little laser and the modifications DZ made to it make it really easy to operate. if you're looking for an excellent compact little argon, this is the one...

i bought one (also at SELEM), but DZ's has better beam specs.

The red button starts the count down timer to start the laser, when it's pressed again the laser will turn off but the fan will stay on until it has cooled down, then the fan will turn itself off.

2nd, I have an old American 909 water cooled argon laser that I have no use for. It requires 220VAC single phase and likely outputs around 1.5W. I've never metered it though. Fires right up every time. I've put about 20 hours on it since I aquired it last year. I really can't ship this at all, so it's local pickup only. I'd take $150 for it. If there's any interest in picking it up, I can get some pics posted. It's not the prettiest argon, it's big and heavy but it does put out a ton of photons!

ion, can these be shipped to the UK without being confiscated? I don't mind shipping it over there if you pay for shipping and assume all risk. If interested, PM your details and I'll see what kind of shipping quote I can put together.

Thanks!

honestly I haven't a clue , I've had a few lasers come though customs but never a pointer .

PM on the way .

I hate "bumping" threads, but just wanted to see if anyone was interested in the argon?

$350 shipped anywhere in the world or US only? That unit seems small enough to ship internationally... might be my chance to get an argon!

MarioMaster, I still have the ALC, I decided to keep it for another project.

Atomicrox, that's really for the US, I'll ship anywhere however the cost will need to be split. No clue how much it would be the ship overseas.

I saw it at the same event & many can vouch for DZ-

so... It can be transported from SELEM to Dallas for next to nothing-

come get it from there--(or houston )

Wanna PM coming

OR if its still FS before SELEM you(anyone reading this) may live close to a member going (not flying) OR live along the route some may be taking- at LEMs its common to buy stuff w/o being there and getting it brought back-- so any interested can PM me with your idea/& location & I will see if somebody can help- but dont put this off--
