Hey guys,

I have a used beam expander that I originally bought from ebay with a c-mount that has been custom made by LPF member Ehgemus especially for my Optotronics RPL laser. The beam expander is in very good condition with some minor scratches to the anodizing. it was as like that when I bought it and I only used it a couple of times. This BE is optimized for the 650 nm wavelength laser beams with a maximum input diameter of 1.5 mm. It is fully focusable and the output beam diameter can be increased from 2.5 to 10 times for much lower divergence at long distances.

I am willing to ship internationally at the expense of the buyer. My price for both item is 150$ excluding shipping/insurance.

I guess that bad boy would be good on a 635 as well--you agree?
Is that your Opt. in the avatar?

That MG would make a JETLASER Pl-E with the extension tube a BEAST.
Too bad we can only get Pl-Es in 532 & 445( for now)

will what you have there fit on you JL PL-C?
it the adapter threaded??

Ehge. makes top shelf work and could make one for any laser IMO-

It would be perfect on a 635 because it was designed to transmit 660 nm laser light so the losses would be much less than if you were to use it with a greenie.

I am not sure if it will fit a PL-C, but the adapter is threaded so it just might. You can always have one made to fit any large handheld laser.

I was just wondering since you have a PL-C in your SIG, that you are not sure if the adapter will fit onto the PL-C? I could have never resisted trying it out on everything I owned.

What you should probably look for then is the BE from Dragon Lasers, sadly they are not currently selling them, but brand new they only cost 71 Euro. Sure it's not a Melles Griot both in price & weight :) It's made in China like most of our Laser stuff is. I bought a few of them when they first came out, I used them on pen lasers, and even had two different adapters made to fit it onto the Rifle and RPL; it's works remarkably well and I'm very pleased with the results. There should be some pics on here somewhere that I posted with it on some lasers; sorry before you ask, I have no current intentions in selling any off. Maybe you'll get lucky searching around for a used one. :beer:

I no longer own the PL-C. Never bothered to change the signature. I can take measurements with my digital caliper if you like. It should be sufficient to know if it will fit or not assuming the threads are the same.

How do you take measurements if you don't own it anymore :huh:
