My brother and I had to move our Dad into an assisted living place when his Alzhiemers got bad-- he only got to drive his new car once around the block -and sadly got lost. We can no longer afford to pay the bills for his home at Spanish Lakes and neither of us can afford the car as well(its totally paid for) we have the home listed on Craiglist- treasure coast florida- without the car at 9,500$ ----------its a buyers market down there right now---- we have had some lookers but as of today it is still available-combining the home and car just occured to me today so -first come -first served-our great neighbor Scotty next door has all the keys if anyone wants to see both first hand,,. I think so too--we have come down as low as possible in order to make a quick sale--if you have somebody already down there that can take a look for you I can arrange it anytime...Home values are going to go back up and gas is not going back down--wish I could get the car- but no way-right now---HZ

new owner needs to be 55+ but he could 'rent to own' as long as its in the name of someone over 35yrs. the Home Owners Assoc. is not as strict as they used to be--sign o the times--the sucky economy has some folks living down there all year round and selling their up-north homes but at the same time, some are letting their Fla places go and staying up north all year round. And even tho the hurricanes have mostly spared this area in the past --that adds to the fears many who 'fear the worst' rather than living in the moment--mid west has its tornados-- Calf. has the floods and earthquakes and so on.--ice storms in Canada etc--etc
