Interesting, everything I need minus the diode and driver comes with it?
Can you get a picture of one fully taken apart so we can see where it all fits together? I have my doubts a flexdrive would fit in that going by the pictures.

well a flexdriver does fit bc i made one all ready 
the black rubber ring is for the inside so the flexdriver spring does not touch any thing but the battery here is another picture to show u how ur diode and driver should look like and then just slides in the heatsink and into the host
