FS: Two (2x) Hantek 6022BE PC USB Digital Oscilloscopes

attachment.php

I purchased this (one of them) thinking they would be a small compact solution to my desire for an oscilloscope small enough to fit in my tiny (errr, non existent) work space.

Unfortunately, I found this software too frustrating to figure out. It may be because I don't have a background using analog oscilloscopes, or it may be because the software isn't very good. In any event, I ended up with two of these, and I don't want either of them. I'm just going to go scope-less until I can find a portable solution that is simple, intuitive, and has native-english written directions :)

It looks like these sell on eBay for $65 shipped.

I will sell both together as a package for $65 plus $15 shipping. There are 3 probes between the two units. I'm not sure if they normally come with 1 each and I have an extra, or 2 each and I'm missing one. Not interested in selling them on their own though. After losing an hour to frustration trying to get them working, I want them out the door :) No tech support included in sale :) And to be really frank, you better have a better tolerance for frustration than me, because I'm not a fan of these scopes!

(I'm clearly a crappy salesman too!)

Okay, $40 plus shipping for both of these annoying scopes.

I would take one of these off your hands if it was of any use to me, but sadly it is only 48MS/s, which equates to a maximum usable frequency of ~4MHz. I'd need 10x that to match my old clunker CRO. Also, it only has DC input coupling (DIY-fixable at cost of bandwidth).

Given that the sale isn't going well perhaps I could instruct you on the basics of Oscope settings, so you could get more use of it?

I appreciate the offer, but I hate these scopes, passionately, and would prefer to just save up until I can afford something good, that is also small.

Is a good software package that apparently builds off of the shitty stock software. I guess they did a better job translating the stuff and made it easier to use.

(I think you unfortunately may have to split them sale wise, because I can't think of a reason why someone would need to buy two of the same o-scopes)

Very cool! Wish they had a Windows version.

No worries, quite understood, hehe. It's funny how a piece of tech can arouse our ire, isn't it? *glares at windows 8.1*

The $400 Rigol (I forgot the model no... 1052E is it?) is well renowned as being entirely phenomenal. I'd have purchased it myself a while back but... well, to be honest "yellow lasers" is the most accurate explanation I can give, lmfao.
