Dang it. I just bought 2 red HeNe's for $205 locally. I'd much rather have gotten a green one from you. I'm completely tapped out again. :(

Maybe I'll get lucky and you will be unlucky and you'll have a nice green with a lab power supply in another month. Yeah right. :)

How much to ship a red He/Ne to Australia? Also would i be able to just plug it into our mains?

ALWAYS contact me before buying a used gas laser ;)

I have a couple of these bricks that can be wired for 220V.

With the brick-type PSU's you will have to connect a cord and plug to the leads. Then you can plug it into the mains

Peace,

I want a P.S. for my 2-3 mW Green tube if you can help me... T/Y! -Glenn

Hi Dave,
Hmm, good offer i think :) I bought green one for $210 two years ago...

... but i can say the 220V brick (PSU) is interesting for me. Is it with Alden connector or if you can specify other technical params?
Thanks,
B.

It will depend on how many of these sell as "sets."

Errrm -- OK -- they look like this:
MELLES GRIOT 05-LHR-201 Laser Ligth, new = | eBay

The length varies with the output of the laser. The longest ones are 20 inches long. The shortest ones are 11 inches long. They are all ~1 3/4 inch in diameter. The power cords vary in length. All of them have Alden plugs

I'll take one ~ 2mW gree-ne with 12V input Shipped to Australia.

Are these open tube?

These are all in housings. You'll have to cut the aluminum tube off yourself :)

I have just a couple of 110/220V bricks. None of those are high enough voltage to run one of the green HeNe's. I also have a couple of lab-type PSU's that are switchable. There are various output ranges represented in the group. At this point most of my PSU's are "matched." I don't have "extras." Many of the PSU's available on eBay are switchable.

Very tempting if only I lived closer...

The postal service will deliver virtually anywhere ;)

Peace,
dave
