Hey guys, it's been a while.

I recently got my hands on a 100mm macro for my primary wildlife macro lens and after much thought I decided to sell my trusty 60mm.

Specifications:
60mm f/2.8
Ultrasonic AF Motor
52mm filter size
Canon EF-S mount (fits all Canon APSC camera bodies - 7D, X0D, and Rebels)
1:1 Macro
Supports Full-Time Manual focus

Brief Review:
This lens is a true macro capable of 1:1. Although the build quality is not Canon's best, it is still quite good and very lightweight and compact. The size and weight along with the 60mm focal length make this lens great for general purpose shooting.
The optics are very good. This lens is EXTREMELY sharp wide open and stopped down. Chromatic aberrations are nonexistent. I have nothing negative to say about this lens' image quality.
The macro capability is great. If you want to take pictures of laser diodes or show off a cool new build, this lens will do it right. Almost all my laser photos from the past year were taken with this lens.
Autofocus performance is very good. It is silent, accurate, and nearly instantaneous with enough light.

Current Condition:
The optics are in perfect condition. The lens body has a small scratch on the focus distance indicator but is otherwise in excellent condition. I'd give it a 4.5 out of 5.

What You Get:
This lens comes with both lens caps (front and rear), the original packaging and manual, and a lens hood.

Yeah it is a bummer but I prefer the crop sensors. It gives a little extra reach which is very useful for wildlife and macro subjects.

Bump!

I got really excited... then realized it won't mount on my camera body. :(

Good luck though! :)

If I hadn't the Canon 100mm macro I would have jumped on it. The macro lenses deliver stunning images.
