Fs: Broken PHR803T @100ma

I have a phr803-t diode running @ 100ma in an aixiz module for sale. It has the old-style rckstr driver.
Asking $40 shipped. The driver has a resistor that blew out. The diode is probably ok.

Yes it works, why would he sell a broken one??
EDIT: OK, so maybe it doesn't work. should have mentioned that originally.

and I think he made it to sell. I just made one of these exact same [link=http://www.hightechdealz.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=3&products_id=56]PHR803T old rkcstr (only goes up to 100mA) drivers in an aixiz module[/link] last night.. strange huh?

lol, I don't know, but doesn't hurt to ask. you are right all you need to do is hook up a 9V, that why I thought it was weird he said "qutting" because he already made it! lol  

Im trying my hardest not to say Im going to buy it. But maybe...

I have no idea. I think I gave it the right polarity, but I'm not sure. The diode is salvageable and I think the driver is okay if you just remove that blown resistor.

Even reverse polarity shouldn't blow a resister, maybe to much voltage.
