Hello,

For sale is a 120mW bluray laser.
Aixiz glass lens module
PHR-803T Blu-Ray Diode
Dr Lava's variable power flexdrive set at 130 mA's which produces 120 mW's of power verified by LaserBee I
Custom heatsink

The connections are very solid using silver based solder. Each connection is covered in heat shrink tubing to include the flexdrive. A rubber O ring is between the heatsink and laser head to provide some shock protection. The laser is very solid and the only con is I drilled the hole for the Aixiz module in the heatsink a little bit larger then it needed to be. I added a small bit of Artic Silver compound to fill the gap. However, the module is not loose because there is a 1.5 mm set screw holding it tightly in place.

I'm asking $120 USD plus shipping, PM me with offers.

Not sure if you mistyped or there's something I'm missing... but the Aixiz glass lenses are 650nm coated and NOT good for use with 405nm.

Heres what the previous owner said.

I thought about that after putting the diode in the glass module. But I think the threads are different, it seems the glass lens has finer threads then the acrylic. So I didn't want to take a chance by stripping the acrylics lens. Also before creating the laser, I had both types of modules disassembled and when I went to put them back together it seemed like I could only get the glass lens with the metal body to fit in the case it came with.

He/she is wrong. The threads are the same. The AixiZ glass lens cuts down the output of the 405nm diode

so does that mean that if he were to replace the glass lens with an acrylic the output of the laser would be higher?

Call me crazy :eek:...but I could not get the acrylic lens to screw into the glass lens body. At one time I had 4 modules (3 acrylic, 1 glass) all with the focusing rings separated from the housings. The glass lens would only fit back into its original module :-/ So if you had a spare acrylic lens module then yes just swap it out and you should achieve about 8-10% more power output from what I have read :)

The plastic lens nut is easy to get cross-threaded.
