Up for sale today is my BFG green laser.  Its consistent at 100mw and has no duty cycle.  It also has a dust cap that fits right over the top.  This is my baby and there's no way if I didn't have to raise funds for rent this month that I wouldn't be letting this baby go.  She's a nice little laser.  Operates off 2 AA batteries.  $150 for the BFG

Also is my Wicked lasers Sonar II custom build set at 130mw.  The laser will come with 2 batteries to go with the laser.  is driven off a flexdrive.   SOLD for the Sonar II.  I warranty this against defects for 6 months.

As with all of these things, I wouldn't be selling them if it weren't for the dire straits I find myself in lately.  Heck when I get back on my feet, I may offer to buy them back!!!

The BFG is IR filtered, a year or so ago a guy sold these, I'm not sure if he does anymore. BFG stands for Big F****** Green. ;D

Re: FS: BFG green laser 100mw & sonar

They are indeed Ir filtered. they were a good price for a 150mw but they started declining in power. So he dropped the price down for a 100mw and eventually went out of business. You can't even buy these anymore. I guarantee it's a very stable laser. it's output does not peak and spike like the smaller pen styles. it still moves a little but it's a very stable laser. It has excellent divergence and a very small beam taht you come to expect with a green laser. Burns very well too. I was eventually going to open this up and see if I could tweak it a bit more and get a little more power but considering how rare these are I never did find the guts to.

Re: FS: BFG green laser 100mw & sonar

The BFG Laser is one heck of a Laser, I have several of them myself and I wouldn't let them go since you can't get them anymore.  It's really a shame he didn't keep the business going, I have one I use from time-to-time, the other ones are tested and kept unused and safely put away.

Good luck Ken, you should have no problem in selling it; to the prospective buyer, your looking at one fine Laser you can't get anymore.

Re: FS: BFG green laser 100mw & sonar

I've ran it about 5 minutes uninterrupted a few times. but I'd recommend a minute or 2 on at the most then off for a minute.

Re: FS: BFG green laser 100mw

Hi, got the bug from following the forum and bought the 200mw burner from Catmandoo. Solid laser and a great person to deal with.

I have been looking at green lasers and was considering an Envee. The BFG is in the same power range, but is more unique. If it is not spoken for I would be interested.

Regards,
Mario
