Moh, could you provide some pictures on the drop-in aixiz module? I'd like to see how you did it :)

It's just case negative, and the PCB bit you see on the end of the module is the center of the stock driver from the flashlight. The positive wire is soldered onto it and then epoxied to the back of the module.

So it's (drop module) basically like the one in the original colemans?

Yes, same principle, just a different heat sink.

hakzaw: the phr build have an unlimited duty cycle.
as for the red, I'll have to test one out but i'm going to assume it will eventually start to heat up after a few minutes...
