THE NEW AixiZ (Full Threaded AR 400-460nm Glass Lens) 15+% increase over the old 5$ aixiz glass lens and no degradation, easier to clean, 12.50$ for one add 10$ for each additional-shipped with diode. The arcylic lens may melt/smoke/degrade in time and possibly ruin your diode. Blank AixiZ modules(w/acrylic lens) with any diode order for only $2.25 more.

BTW... ALL ESD precautions followed-(no returns) pins will NOT be PERFECTLY straight- not possible- but straight enough for attaching your driver and mounting in your host. It has been suggested to remove the pink plastic piece from the pins after the diode has been pressed into your heatsink or module. It slips off easily once all the traces of solder have been removed.

Silvercookie--do you already have the proper eye ware??? and you need to follow strict ESD precautons(I did) I cannot replace any diodes that get zapped-- I am about to be out of them but may restock....so just let me know--thanks Len

btw I did have an 8" CV sub w/ dual voice coil & amp in one of my BMW saddle bags for about a year--used to jam on the beach( we can drive on it here in TX)

Just wanted to say thanks again, I walked across the garage and touched the cold water pipe every time I stood up This is super impressive even with acryllic, I can't even imagine with the glass. I hope you hear from them soon!

B U M P update-- for an aditional $12.50 you get included with your diode(s) the newest 445nm Full Threaded AR coated Glass lens(yet to be tested by JayRob)said to increase 15+% over acrylic. To Be listed on aixiz as 405-445nm glass lens, not the same as the old BR 405nm lens. Fits AixiZ modules.

These should be available by July 5th or so PM for more details-add $ 10- for additional glass full thread lenses.
