I have for sale/auction my Galileo with a 40mW Sanyo 638nm diode installed.
It is set at 40mW +/- 2mW variation.
The Galileo host offers plenty of heat-sinking capacity, is lightweight, compact, and has a constant on/off clicky for continuous operation. The Galileo was always one of my favorite hosts.
The construction of the internals is clean and the diode is set within its safe operating range for long lifetime. The lens is a 3-element glass lens contrary to what is shown in the picture below.
If you missed out on the 40mW diodes, here is your chance to own one in a unique host!
This laser has been operated for only a few minutes total. It is essentially brand new.
It runs on 1x 3.0V CR123A primary (not tested with RCR123A) and I am including 5 quality surefire batteries in this package. This should give you hours and hours of operation.
It will be shipped with its own foam-lined gift box.
For more info on this laser, refer to the thread here: http://laserpointerforums.com/f52/galileo-40mw-638nm-sanyo-diode-61221.html
Note: this host does not have the LaserGlow logo etched into it.
I'd like to auction this laser... Make a reasonable offer by PM or post in this thread.
I'll keep it open until March 16.
CLOSED
Shipping is $4.95 to USA.
SOLD
For future reference, please make all bids in whole dollar amounts for convenience's sake. I'd like to not have to update the thread with every +$0.05 bid.
