Tracking USPS shippments is useless.

I looked up the big number from a PM post by Alex101. Here is what I got from USPS using that number:
"Your item was processed through and left our DES MOINES, IA 50318 facility on February 4, 2010. The item is currently in transit to the destination. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later."
Tracking USPS shippments is useless.

I got my fog machine today. He claimed it was, "brand new in the box", and it wasn't. The outside is kinda dirty, and the inside of it is wet. I bought it for $25 shipped, and it cost him $15 to ship it, so he didn't make much of anything on this. Know I gotta see if I can make some fog machine solution. Anyone know the ingredients?
