I've got a few hundred of them, i can throw a couple in your envelope.
You can also find them at your hardware store. They are 6-32x1/8" set screws, but i'll throw some in for you.
 
I'm not sure what the host does, I think it's 2xCR2 in Yob's lasers, and i have found that any host that takes 2xCR2 will normally work with a green module and 1xcr2.

The only green module i've got is shorter than normal or i would check for you...

changed price to $15 as well, i'd like to get rid of these...
 
I have one of these cree auroras with an aluminum heatsink, would I get a longer duty cycle using a copper heatsink?
