ALSO, BE SURE TO CHECK OUT MY 14500 KIT HERE.
_________________________________________________________
I have ZERO, TEMPORARY OUT OF STOCK of these kits available right now. I have the same style host but in black on the way. The relief cuts in the head and tail cap are silver.
The kit comes with 1 host, one machined to fit aluminum heat sink and x3 AAA battery holder in case you do not wish to use a 22600 battery. In the case that you do not want to use a 22600 (a 18650 should also work) I will include the tail cap spring which must be removed. Read on.
You will see below that the spring was removed and the tail cap was bored out on the lathe .012" to allow for a nice tight fitment of the 22600. The plastic insulation wrap at the negative end of the 22600 was trimmed 1/8" to allow for proper ground contact.
The 22600 is a very nice and snug fit (but not too tight, drops right in).
These pictures below show the host with the GITD sleeve removed. The clicky is also GITD.
This is with the sleeve still in place.
The build is very simple. Just solder one lead to the clicky switch contact pad. There are tutorials out there for several side clicky hosts already, and this build is no different.
Price is $25 shipped CONUS. International add $5.
CLICK HERE to pay immediately with PayPal, otherwise shoot me a PM.
Please pay attention to the current number available at the top of page before placing order to ensure a refund does not have to be made in the case that quantity ordered is more than the quantity available.
Thanks for looking.
