2 minute power test:
I built this laser recently. It has probably ~20 minutes of total on-time so far. It's small. It's powerful. It's inconspicuous.
There is a small scuff mark on the front end and one on the back end of the laser (host was sent to me this way) that are not really noticeable.
A new pocket mini host will cost maybe $10 if it ever needs to be replaced.
I built this laser with care.

Here are some pics of the insides:
Notice I used a GITD silicone clicky to hold the driver. The wires are neatly tucked away. This setup makes it easy to replace or adjust the driver if needed while keeping everything secure. I even cut a small hole for driver adjustment.
