The box has made it to southern Indiana. Boy is this thing heavy. I have not opened it yet, but my goal is to get it back within a few days.

That's great news. jcranmer, I sent you my address some time ago, but will send you another PM just in case. It looks like I'm next in line. I have several laser related items to add to the box. Hope to find laser related items in there when it arrives. Hot damn! Won't be too long now! But, please, take your time and don't feel rushed. Ok. It should be back out the door tomorrow and on its way to Paul.
I had to do some house keeping. It's got a new box and I removed a bunch of broken or just bulky items that are not directly related to lasers.

J, thank you. I will be looking forward to seeing what is left in the box, and adding several laser related items that will be useful to the next person in line. Hope you were able to find a gem or two when you went through it.

Hey! It looks like the box will come today. I am anxious to get it. I've been waiting a long time for it to be my turn and later today it will be. Thanks, to jcranmer for getting it here so quickly, and to jmillerdoc for setting this whole thing up. I wonder what goodies there will be for me to peruse and also, I need to get my items together to send to the next person on the list. I haven't heard from whoever is after me, but hope he will PM me with his address. Actually, I am working on a laser for Jeff at vortish today and may not have the time to open the box today, as I need to get this item finished and sent off to him. I also have other laser builds that I accepted to do for Jeff and have become a little back logged, so it might be tomorrow before I can give the box the attention it deserves. :undecided:

I couldn't wait, so I spent the whole day going through the box. There were still a lot of lenses in ziplock bags that were broken or badly scratched and chipped because they were in the bags with nothing to keep lenses from moving against each other and I culled most of those out. They would be of no use to anyone in the shape they were in. I found some mirrors and a couple of lenses that I may be able to use for my holography project. I also grabbed one host from many for vortish because he called me and asked for it. Also, took a small red and green laser show projector for my daughter because it is something she might enjoy. The host I took was the only complete one I found. I've started adding to the box; all laser related items and all brand new and never used. I will have to spend some more time looking for things to add. I need the next person in line to PM me his address, as I still don't have that. I will post more when I know something new. Yeay!!!!

Glad your daughter will enjoy the little projector. :beer: I still enjoy the small things like that. Add some lumia to that and it can be quite a stress reliever after a long day.
If this goes around another time I'll try to be a little more prepared. Some of the stuff I was going to put in I couldn't find. I think I boxed it up and moved it out to the other house, but I couldn't find it.

Hey James, did you put that laser projector in there? That thing was cool and is just the kind of thing that my 30 year old daughter would get a kick out of. Thank you. I put in only brand new items and had most of them culled out to add to the box. I won't say what all I will send, but it's more than I took out. I still haven't heard from the next guy in line, but I PMed him yesterday and will give him plenty of time to respond as he might be out of town. If I don't hear from him in a week, I'll PM Jmillerdoc for instructions on how to proceed. Thanks again.

It seems there is more and more strictly laser related stuff being added, which im glad for. Hopefully when I get it the second time around it wont be so much random junk...like half broken heatsinks and stuff :/

James, thanks again. I love the little projector, and so does my daughter. Nice job, with what you added to the box. I know of what you speak, but no one will get it out of me.
