So, they are useless for me, dangerous as they are IR, and I just dont want them.
So why not to give them free? If you don't live out of EU I will not charge anything
for the shipping. For the US maybe... $2? :crackup:
I have 3 of them. I think both of them work just fine. I think you can push up
to 300mA or so to them... I think they can burn black plastic, etc etc.
One of the windows of the diodes might seem like broke, but its just that has
some dirt in it.
The same diode was almost impossible to harvest, thats why it has a big blob
of solder in it, it was soldered to the HS. The other one has one pin missing. It
doesn't really matter, you can solder the - to the case.
The diodes have the same pinout as any red diode. They are 780nm.
EDIT: I just found anther one. This one is completely OK, all the pins, window OK, etc etc
