Lol, when exactly was this laptop worth 300 dollars?

Those are the exact same specs on my dad's laptop he got several years ago from a day after Thanksgiving sale at Circuit City for $450 new. And that was at least 4 years ago.

Are you saying that IBM is better than Gateway? With Windows based systems man, it all comes down to parts in the end. If I have 2 computers by me, one IBM, and one Gateway, they have the exact same parts in them, you are saying that the IBM will perform better than the Gateway with the same OS and settings, correct?

And I would love to see a local pc tech in my area charge as little as 75 dollars for LCD work.

HA. For one, I am not trolling. And secondly I was an assistant pc tech at a computer repair shop in my area. Also I am an ITT Tech grad, which doesn't say much except I at least know what I am talking about. I won't post anything else in your thread unless you call me out to.
