I have a new (less than 1hr of use) CNI pen laser. It was rated at 50mW by CNI, but gives more like 65-90mW's it has a large power range between the two. No damage. Light wear on the tail cap (slight scratches).
I don't have pics on my comp now, but you can look at my old multimedia posts to see it in action!
It pops balloons close to instant up to about 12 feet and lights sharpied matches at 3in in 1-3 sec and can light them up to 2 feet!
