I would rather trade something small &/or inexpensive for this instead of money. It's a used, UNIVERSAL REMOTE CONTROL for TV, VCR, ETC. Takes 2 X AAA Batteries & works just fine. I'm getting rid of it 'cause it requires a code to be entered into it depending on what make your TV is, & the TV I was using it for is no longer with us (R.I.P.) ;D & I don't know which code I'd need to enter to use it on any other TV I have. I traded away another one of these to somebody who either wanted the parts from it, or wanted to use it as a laser host ? :-/ :-? Please PM me with any offers. Thanks for reading this, rob PS If anyone is looking for buttons to be used in Pen Style lasers, this remote has 12 different shaped buttons & a total of 39 buttons. Some of the buttons are multiples of the same size & shape. One size has 12 all alike, others there is only one of. There is also a tiny switch at the top that lets you chose what option you want, TV or VCR.

Bummer... Recon it would work with a Samsung TV, Digilogic Freeview Box and Acoustic Solutions surround sound?

I have no idea. The only suggestion I can make for ya, is to go to some store that sells universal remotes & try to find one that is made by SERIES LXI. On the back of the packaging there SHOULD be a list of the electronic devices that it will be compatible with. I remember that when I bought this one, almost the entire back of the cardboard packaging was covered with compatible brand names & the codes that you had to enter depending on which brand the device was. Since it IS a UNIVERSAL REMOTE it HAS to work with a lot of different brand name devices. Sorry but that's all I can tell ya. rob

Rob you can buy new universal remotes for +/- $5. What do you expect to get in a trade for one with no code sheet, used? I'd pull the buttons and the LED and try to sell those. You may have better luck.

That's what I was selling it for, TJ. I ALWAYS see people wanting buttons for this & that, & I THOUGHT that SOMEBODY (who'd a thought it would be you, lol) would have figured that out by now. That's why I mentioned all the button sizes & shapes in the 1st post. :-? :-? ;D ;D rob PS. Please keep up with your great humor, me & "THE BOYS" considerate a tribute to lunacy ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

The text under my avatar and the look on Curley's face sums it up and is not an exaggeration on my mental facilities ;D

I'm going to back off, I don't think most users appreciate my sense of humor to much. They think I'm coming off like an a-hole and I'm really not. Its just a game. My girlfriend of 10 years still doesn't appreciate my sense of humor and she knows I love her to death and would never do anything to hurt her. I'm a very gentle person, but I have a dark and sadistic sense of humor. Incase you have not noticed ::) And the internet brings out the best in me ;D
