i have decided to sell one of my newest lasers that i just finished building. it has a micro flexdrive driver set @ 450ma (wanted to have a good runtime on the build, you can adjust it to the desired output you want onece purchased) and a XJ-A140 diode with an 405/445nm AR glass optics. it used 1x CR123 battery. it has a side momentary push button to turn on the laser and the system has less than 15 min runtime total since it was finished. it is a good solid host with very good smooth threads. the price for this is $85.00 shipped to anywhere in the USA via UPS with tracking information sent to the buyer within 24hours after transaction is complete to PayPal. thank you :thanks:

if someone wanted it reviewed i will give it to ndrew2505 (owner of modwerx.com) for a review and to test output power. he is just a friend of mine on the forum and we live in the same town. the drivers current is set alot lower that what it and the diode can handel you can push these diodes to well over 1W of power. this one burns really well as it is right now and also has good battery life off of a single cell host. its a great midrange laser that you can play with every day, but with the turn of a potentiometer it can be a burning BEAST!!

if someone wanted this laser at a higer power i can readjust the driver to set it to a 1W blue burning laser befor it is shipped out. i have it set at this current to so i can keep it running for a longer period of time without having to cut it off for a cool down cycle. this is a really nice host and is in perfect condition. and im selling it for cheap too. wife seems to think i have too many of these lying around and i need to get rid of some. :twak:

thanks drummerdimitri i think so too. as far as the divergence of the beam goes i really dont know. that would probably be a question for a techy member on the forum. this is just a hobby of mine that i got into a couple years ago. i am an IT systems administrator. i will try to find out for you and post the info on this thread.

if someone will buy it today i will do it for $80.00 shipped. i really need this thing gone and the money in my account. i really do hate to part with it because i like it so much, but you got to do what you got to do.
