I had an issue with my red module, the return isn't completed yet, but so far Tommy has been very professional and courteous in returning the module for a replacement. Bluray module is great. It's working nicely in my MXDL host.

He also sent me a bag of optics, and also some other diodes which I don't know what I'm supposed to do with, also stickers! I highly recommend buying completed modules from BluRay.

Thanks Tommy

Hey Tommy... I just received my Blu-Ray Module with Driver...
The heat shrink is a good idea to keep prying hands from opening
the module...
and that color coordinated heat shrink on the output wires...
boy that's fancy.... looks good..
Thanks for all the extras.... really professional... [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

I PMed you I have a few questions... ;)

glad you got them safely. Cant wait for the Kryton. And i'll be sending the Reds out soon. Waiting on the Aixiz blanks. You can remove the heatshrink if you like, its just so people dont try to open it and damage them.

SimplySped2 i got your module today. i'll have a look into it.

Hey Tommy got my BR today in the mail ;D. Works great, if i take the heat shrink off will the top and bottom fall apart or do they stick together well enough. I will probably be heat sinking it so metal to metal is going to be needed.

Every thing arrived fine and in perfect working condition.

laserwanabe, it wont fall apart, just try not to open the module thats all. Because i cant be held responsible if everyone opens it and plays or tamper with the pot.

Ch035n shouldnt take that long, but just give it a acouple more days and see! ;)

I got mine today and it is already dead! I thought this would be a safe bet but I guess not. I think a power surge from the battery killed it when my Sh*ittey soldering came undone and then bumped the wire again. Current is flowing through the module (I checked this when it stopped working) because when I put the (+) end of the 9v to the positive wire and put my tong (I know crude) to the (-) and touched the negative wire to my tong I got current. I wish I known to put a cap on.

Please tell my you have video . . . . .

Peace,
