lol why does it say the match tips have to be dark...? i can light white matches with mine.

Eh, I sold a couple of modules on Ebay before... basically they're being sold as an item that will be incorporated into something else rather than an actual laser. Since there's not battery or switch, that means its safe ;D

Anyway, like this auction, mine were listed as an industrial laser rather than a laser pointer, so I'm thinking that Ebay isn't as quick to remove them in that case.

Like rkcstr said, its not a complete laser so it's sold as a component which is perfectly legal.

"Comes ready to assemble" does that mean comes to you in pieces? Looks like a pain to use.
