Up for sale are some diodes fresh off the test rig. I mounted them in aixiz cases with GLASS lenses and thermal paste for tesing.

Two are senkat diodes that were run at 130mW 16 hours no problems

Two are 'phazor' like diodes that were run at 200mW for 16 hours, no problem.

Included will be the V-I-P plot of the diode.

Asking $22 for the stonetek setups and $32 for the 200mW setups (sold). Can throw in a 100uf cap and 2.2 ohm resistor if you want. Perfect for a simple DIY laser for those who dislike pressing the diodes into the housings.

Also available is a 5mW blu-ray diode mounted that kind of sucks (39mA 5mW). Make offer!

Postage to AU how much. Assuming you got your BR from the GB ill give you 30 for it? or no.

Postage to Au is $4, in the CONUS, it's $3.
Yes, the BR is from the PS3 GB.

All right. Just a note, they are not the mythical daedal diodes, but they have performance and output that are excellent, as tested by me in a non-TEC setup.

the stonetec ones are available, as well as the 200mW diodes which are generally 'for sale' for 35 each as I have quite a few.
