FS: RPL-260, Laserbee 1, Laser safety glasses, C6 heatsinks and some other misc stuff

Willing to sell it all at once if the price is right. The LPM is not included in that deal.

Looking for reasonable offers for anything listed.

I accept PP gift or PP +3%. Insurance is extra.

There are a couple items I am looking for in a trade + cash to make up the difference in an agreed total.

One Sanyo 18500 battery. This is used and came out of an electric razor. I can remove the ends ends unless you would like them left on there. Here is what it looks like.

RPL-260. I'd say it has less than 20 hours on it. Other than the stickers coming off around the edges and the little piece to open/close the shutter being black instead of silver, it is is good shape. It has the 16 (hex for the geeks :p) position tailcap so you can go full power or go with a lower the output. The battery used in the video was a Samsung 2600mah pulled from a laptop battery pack. YMMV depending on the battery you use. $350 shipped w/o insurance in the lower US. FWIW, it will do over 300mW with some 18650 batteries.

Interested in the 589nm. What is wrong with the switch, jammed? Stuck? Worn out?

It doesn't "click" or seem to stick out as far as it use to. The LED doesn't even come on so power isn't making it through the switch.

You could use aluminum foil or something to short the endcap out to see what the 589nm is outputting

That they are. They are the best fleece jackets I've had. I ended up getting one with a hood to help keep my noggin warm when out in the cold for long persiods.

The switch is on the side.;)

I have no idea where it went. I looked all over for that little piece to open and close it. There is one more place I need to look again though.

I found it. I thought I only had the little piece that screws into the shutter itself. Both pieces were inside a small box with some some other optics stuff. It is painted black so it doesn't match the rest of the host. I tried using a few things to remove the paint. Brake fluid didn't even work. They should use that type of paint on vehicles.

Is the 589nm Still available as im interested in it ? :) , is it possible to jump the battery to the case bypassing the switch to see if it still functions fine ?

For everyone asking about the 589 laser. It uses a SIDE button. This means you can jump the tailcap but it makes no difference because the side switch is broken. In order to test it you would have to disassemble the laser and jump the SIDE switch.

If you could get the laser apart you could probably solder a new switch on from a greenie pen or even permanently jump it.

Ok , Thanks , Didn't notice it was a side switch , Wonder how hard it is to removed the module/driver . , The switch may be fine and that the bit you press has slipped to the side of the switch , hence the reason it sticks out less / no click ?

If its still available I am interested still , what would shipping be the the UK ?

Hey can you tell me what the dimensions of the RPL are?

width of barrel, width of head, length of barrel, length of head.

You can see the switch itself when you look from the tailcap end. I could try to get a picture. PM coming to discuss shipping.

Hey can you tell me what the dimensions of the RPL are?

width of barrel, width of head, length of barrel, length of head.

Barrel - 1.25 inches/32 mm wide, 4.75 inches/121 mm long
Head - 3.25 inches/83 mm long, 1.5 inches/38 mm wide

Those measurements are approximate. Optotronics list the length as 200mm and 40mm wide at the head. Add about 6mm for the piece that sticks out to open/close the shutter.
