I can sell one of these, a Blu-ray laser with an output of around 90-100mW (I will meter before selling), for $175 + shipping. If you'd like, I could increase the power, but in doing so you shorten the life of the diode drastically. The rates may be a bit steeper than other members charge, but mine can be sent within a few days of payment clearing, and is already made and tested for several months on a day-to-day basis (it is my personal build), so the diode isn't likely to die anytime soon. Also, I'm in Europe so shipping may be faster for you.

Hey, it takes just under $125 in parts to make a Dorcy JR with a acrylic lens and a Dark_Horse Max Mass Heat Sink, and the battery, btw, you will need a battery charger too, (about $12) and I have several of them. If you have me put it together, and we use a PHR diode, and Acrylic lens I can get it to you for $135 before shipping. PHR's are only long life at under 130 mW, so, if you want a better diode it's another $40 or a better lens is about $55. With both, you would have a truely great Dorcey Jr. PM me if you want the laser goodness, -Glenn
