It saddens me to say this but I was not treated very well by O-like, even after purchasing over $600 from their company.

Here is the deal. I have a 100mw Gatlin Green laser that worked for a total of 20 minutes. It stopped working and I really have no idea what the problem is. Im just an end user, not a Do It Your Selfer. So basically I have mint Gatlin with battery, charger, and metal container. This is one of the sexiest hosts around. $70 shipped OBO

I emailed O-like 4 times about the problem, and they simply ignored me. That is my experience. Let's hope you never receive a broken item from them, because I doubt the problem will be reolved.

Are you sure you emailed the right address? O-Like's customer service has historically been incredible. Don't know why you'd be treated differently...

Sure did. Susie was very eager to help when I told her I wanted 10 lasers. She was equally as helpful during my second order.

Then the defective Gatlin issue arose, and 4 cordial emails over a 1 month period got me nowhere.

Then the defective Gatlin issue arose, and 4 cordial emails over a 1 month period got me nowhere.

also, susie refuses to use a LPM on her lasers, exept when i purchase one.
so now she will send a printed graph of the LPM together with my purchase.

I asked for the measurements so we know more about the 350mw and 400mw lasers on her site, but she didnt want to do that.

to bad you didnt got a solution. maby try talk to her on MSN?

i also have the feeling the 350mw 532nm on her site is simply desame laser as the 200mw firedragon from dinodirect. but since they are always overspec, susie simply lists them as 350mw. i also asked this, but she ignored my question.

i also have the feeling the service of her is going downsides.

i purchased a dilda last year that broke after a month and she replaced it however i recently purchased a pair of her red goggles and found that they dont block more than 10% of red light and when i tried to contact her regarding this issue she also ignored me. i sent 2 more emails and still nothing. o-like has seemed to take a turn for the worse.

Hey Caseydc,
Don't rush to sell it since you don't even know what's wrong with it and you'd better get a replacement. If diode is burnt out, the guy who buys it from you have to replace a diode. A defective or non-working laser doesnot sell easily.

Good luck and carry on! :)
