I have bought over $400 worth of stuff from dx and all of it has arrived at my door without fail. Sometimes you need to wait over 1 month for them to ship your item but it will EVENTUALLY get to you.

Hey so... I'm looking at a mxdl flashlight with free shipping and it says usually ships in 2-5 days. You're saying that its a lie? It wont get here for like a month?

Usually the items ship fast but sometimes they get back ordered and you end up waiting a month for them. Most items ship in a couple of days if they are in stock.just_here_2_learn said:

When they say the items will ship in 2-5 days, that means that your package will leave DealExtreme in 2-5 days. How long it takes it to get to you is a different story.

Yup, DX is fantastic. When I have received a bum product, they have replaced it without making me send the original back. (Just sending a pix to prove I had it) I love 'em, but forget immediate gratification. Around Xmas I waited a month for orders, but they are speedier now. They are the real (cheap) deal.

ya maybe they are but I needed the item quickly and now I bought the flashlight it's been over a week and I just got the email saying that they just shipped the item (2-5 day shipping huh/ :-/). I'm starting to wonder if it's gonna get here at all.

If you get your package in under two weeks consider that express. I've been waiting a month for something from them, it will get here eventually, just never get your hopes up when you think it just might come in the mail, because if you do, it won't come that day.

Hello you shouldn't have any problems with them, they are a good site for cheap products. It can take 3-5 days if it's in-stock, it will usually be posted about the stock status, then unless you used EMS, it will take usually a couple of weeks to find its way to your door, while that may seem slow remember you didn't pay a dime for shipping, so really its not bad considering its coming directly fom Hong Kong, China.just_here_2_learn said:

Uhm...yeah...the speed of shipping is not an issue - it is the speed at which they decide to process the order ! I paid for EMS - mainly out of WANT to get it faster - just getting some batteries - they took 7 days to even barely acknowledge the order, 3 days to fulfill it, 4 days to actually hit their equivalent of a post office, and then it was three days in transit to me. That is a 17 day wait, when I ordered on a Monday AM (for them) <Sunday Evening for me> BUT - they do finally deliver, and their stuff is good - so I continue to order from them. I just WISH they shipped faster - or processed faster, whatever
