But truly i may not sell working lasers atall that are over 5mW's. the closest thing i will do IF i dont do the complete builds i will sell kits that are "hot optioned" like Jayrob so all the buyer must do is solder two wires "to the DRIVER" not the diode... noobs will roast there diodes... i already know they will lol.

I figure you might at least carry all of Jayrobs heatsinks for his build kits and such... but what about labby heatinks?

I will carry a full line of Jayrob Brand products. host kits. heatsinks. and his AMAZING lenses. and his lenses only, an exclusive deal call it. i wont be selling no larryFDW lenses.

You NEED this if your running your flexdrive past its 430mAh limit. the flexV4 can do 1.5AMPS.... it WILL need cooling for such an application.

ALSO a small square heatsink that is thin, but effective that is designed SPECIFICLY for the RKCSTR v2 and v3. as we all know, when powering an LOC at 420mA, that sucker gets HOT!!!, this heatsink makes it so you can at least not burn your finger as bad, meaning it works effectivly.

Keep an eye out guys, launch date has been changed. having FTP issues. could be up tonight. could be monday. who knows.

I can ship the pre-built laser of ANY color/strength as long as the host unscrews into 2 peices. and you will be sent two seperate packages at the same time. this way NO-ONE can say i shipped a fully functional, ready-to-go laser above 5mW's

I could also probably do complete green builds too and lower the POT on the modules, and then ship you the laser and you'd just have to turn the pot back up.

You need to be really careful with stuff like this. The laws are harsh, and these people know what they're doing. They've been doing this stuff 30+ years, so don't assume they haven't thought of any particular brilliant scheme.

On top of that, THEY READ THIS FORUM. Ask Mohrenberg. We know they read here, and you just told then your intentions to skirt US laws. Even if you think your plan is bullet proof in and of itself, this post is evidence the FDA can and will use against you if they choose to do so. Just watch what you're doing, talk to some experts and so on, if you're thinking of actually pushing into these gray areas of FDA laws. These people are not amateurs, you're not likely to outsmart them, and don't think that they're unlikely to know the loop holes already.

Have you at least read the actual, applicable laws? Since many here have never even bothered to even do that minimum amount of reading/research, I have to ask.

^ i think he still can sell modules and kits, as far as they are not complete pointers, cause, as far as i've seen, all the ones that are selling high power lasers in the U.S. declares them as "OEM parts for be used in your builds" or similar phrases, and they are still on ebay and online shops selling them for long time.

I have the impression that FDA and laws are limiting and regulating the pointers, or anyway the selling of handheld lasers, for the polemics and potential danger of those idiotic (being gentle) retarded kids that shine them to airplanes and survey cops helicopters (but please correct me if i'm wrong, cause i'm not an U.S. laws expert, ok ? )

So, probably if he sell parts and kits as "OEM products", he can be safe ..... just not selling anything like a complete pointer / handheld unit (still he need to check, anyway, cause as i've seen, some of these laws changes from country to country, in the U.S.)

i will if I had sold it to you, legally its susies issue. she'll take care of it. she ALWAYS replaces mine free of charge, and most times i get to keep the crappy one for pot modding, or spyrohraphs or something.

happens just about every time i play with it....

returns are a bad thing when i comes to china products cause the exchange would end of taking over a month...assuming it doesn't get lost in the mail.

and this is strike two for o-like modules with me....both times i have bought them they end up faulty.

on a plus note, i will say i think this module may be over spec.
bought a 90-100 module.

but this thing lights matches ALOT easier than my last one, which i measured at 115mW

Huh I wonder where DX modules are sourced from, and if they're up to spec.


anyways I'll let you know if i see any crazy BR 8x deals if you want to buy a few for some builds
