Safe current is ~80-120mA which will give you about 60-130mW, each diode is different. People have pushed these diodes up to about 150mA with good heatsinks.

Grix is very correct. 110mw is considered the standard safe current. but i run them around 140mA in a press fit copper heatsink.

i dont make the shipping prices. they are calculated by USPS or UPS. not by me. i dont make anything off shipping. but i do factor in a little less than $1 for packing fees.

And i will be stocking all the 12mm o-like modules 30mw, 50mw, 100mw, 150mw, and 200mw when they get back in stock.
