This is a special laser, if you want to see the NDB7675 change colour in front of you, this is the laser for you!

All the details in the thread link down the bottom, there are also links to utube videos, U have to see it in person it's very hard for an iPhone to catch the colour change!

$350 us!

What link? I don't see no link.

Holy crap badboy! That's really cool, if only I had 350 bucks

Re: custom-wavelength-adjustable-462-470nm-2-3w-ndb7675

I have two of these diodes and a 2.4 amp driver for one. I have been wanting to add a pot to change the current on the fly, but 2.7 amps seems way over the top. How large is that Blackbuck driver you used to drive that diode? Looks like it must be fairly small to fit inside that host you used for this build.

Re: custom-wavelength-adjustable-462-470nm-2-3w-ndb7675

After viewing your YouTube link I have another question. Can you not adjust the output on the fly, or do you need to turn the laser off to adjust it? Seems to defeat the whole purpose.

Did you notice his 7675 diode has the 876 between the pins? Curious that some seem to not have it.

Steeve, you can put ytube on screen like this:

Yeah, my guess is there are different runs of these diodes and that is the reason for the number either being there or not.

I only have two hands Paul watch closely!

This is a totally different video than the first one I saw. In that one you were not checking the power and turned it off every time you changed the pot setting. I see it works fine to adjust on the fly, which was my question. Thanks.

Also, I can't see a link to the YouTube video in the OP either.

Yes I know buddy, this is why I said I only have 2 hands, one on the iPhone the other turning the pot and pressing the power button!
