Custom built Helium Neon (HeNe) gas laser lamp that produces a beam of 632.8nm light as well as a bright plasma arc. The lamp illuminates a good portion of a dark 4m x 4m room and the thin beam is visible in dark and smokey areas. The perceived pulsation of the plasma produced by the electricity exciting the gas ions is hypnotizing and an addition to any home or individual with an appreciation for physics.

Specifications:
Uses a bare 7" 05-LHR-911 Melles Grillot gas laser tube
The Melles Grillot power supply produces 1.4kVDC at 4.5mA

Includes special insulated resistor to drain any charge after use for safe handling.
Note: lamp/fixture will ship partially disassembled in order to ensure parts are not damaged in shipping.

How much is it in American Dollars? Lol. I have never used bitcoins so it would be helpful to have normal currency as well.

it looks like 1 BTC~$131.03 USD.....weird system. Never even heard of a bitcoin until this post

Bitcoins come cheap to some people who had them when they were $5.00/btc so the auction website is not necessarily the same market as this forum.

Bitcoins will become much more prevalent I assure you do a quick google!

I would sell it for $100 shipped to someone on lpf simply because I like it so much, even if you do not think it is worth that price someone else might. :)

They were 5 cents at one time. Hell, I wish I had jumped on buying some BTC even a week ago. I'm hesitant to invest in any now even though they keep going up, because I don't think the growth can be sustained.
