This is a compact sealed 'OEM' configuration laser module and heatsink (copper/aluminum) in one. It IS the laser minus a $10 host which it will drop into if that is what you desire. There are several hosts it will simply drop into. Then it is a matter of inserting a battery. You can see in the photo that the +ve terminal goes to the center contact on the base of the module while the -ve terminal goes to the case. $130 shipped with a charged battery.
One module is a PHR803T bluray diode at 110-120mW powered with a flexdrive 4.0 (3.0-5.0V input) using an acrylic lens in AixiZ module. Also with LPC815 280mW 650nm laser diode and flexdrive and high quality AR lens for >99% light transmission . These modules can be incorporated into your own design, I can do the outer diameter of the module to fit your application. For personal use I drop them into various hosts but how you do it is up to you. I make these for pleasure as a hobby and can make them for responsible individuals who can demonstrate they will use them responsibly.
