*CLOSED* WTB 200mW+ Blu-ray

Looking for something to play around with...Preferably 200mW or higher. Someone has to have something they don't want anymore or can easily put one together... Name a reasonable price and I will order. I'm really looking for a nice Blu-Ray one but will take anything nice... I saw there are some really nice DIY from some members here but I dont have the tools right now where I'am able to finish them off. Anyone got something for me?

I have a nice ALMOST 200mW (Just add a glass and you should be at 200mW).
