I can help you get a cheap blue module, but if $100-200 is your range, neither a portable or module will be even close to your price range. Expect to pay $400-500+ for the bottom end reputable 473nm laser.
The other alternative is surplus argon lasers. They're big, bulky (I have a 45 lb single unit and another that's a 3 piece that probably totals around 40-60 lbs), and normally at 488nm, but you can find surplus used ones off eBay for in the $300-500 range shipped sometimes. Remember that to get a working argon you NEED 3 components: Head, Power supply, and cooling (whether water or air, its gunna require active cooling, period). Often you'll find them on eBay where you only get one of those parts.
